The sale-contract is not valid until Concrete Jungle accept it by delivering the order or by confirmation email. Your confirmed order will be saved in our database. You can check your order - in case you ordered via onlineshop - at "My Account" > "View the orders I have made."
2. PRICES
All prices are displayed in Euro.
For German end-customers all prices contain VAT.
For end-costumers from the rest of the world all prices are free of VAT
For German wholesalers all prices will be delivered plus VAT.
For wholesalers from the rest of the world all prices are free of VAT
3. CURRENCIES
We only accept EURO as currencies.
4. POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGE
We do not charge postage when the order amount is 75 Euro! Only within Germany!
Package in Germany (insured): 5,00 Euro postage and packing charge
Package Europe (not insured): up to 1kg 6,50 Euro - from 1kg 15,00 Euro postage and packing charge
Package Worldwide (not insured): up to 1kg 12,00 Euro - from 1kg 24,00 Euro postage and packing charge
Package in Europe Zone 01* (insured): 26,00 Euro postage and packing charge
Package in Europe Zone 02* (insured): 40,00 Euro postage and packing charge
Package Worldwide Zone 03* (insured): 54,00 Euro postage and packing charge

5. PAYMENT METHODS
In advance:
> You transfer the money to our account.
> You send us on your own risk the money as a check or cash with your postal service.
> Pay via Paypal.
Cash on delivery - only in Germany:
> Pay comfortable at your post office / postman
+ Postage and packing charge - Letter up to 50g: 3,00 Euro COD Charge + 2,00 Euro Service Charge
+ Postage and packing charge - Letter up to 500g: 4,00 Euro COD Charge + 2,00 Euro Service Charge
+ Postage and packing charge - Package: 5,00 Euro + 6,00 Euro COD Charge + 2,00 Euro Service Charge

General:
> Too much paid amounts (e.g., because some products are not in stock at the moment) we will send back or set it off against your next order.
6. MINIMUM PURCHASE
If your order value is less than 5 Euro we must levy a surcharge of 5 Euro incl VAT.
7. DELIVERY TIME
Under normal conditions you should receive your order within 7 days. But for an exact date we can not give you a guarantee! In case that you have to wait longer than a week, please understand that normally it is not our fault. Sometimes distribution companies ca not deliver products or the postal service is too slow.
8. TRANSPORT
We deliver all packages and letters by the German Postal Service AG / DHL / Hermes Logistic Group. Orders send via German Postal Service AG / DHL can be fetched within 7 days at your post office in case that you are not at home. In case that somethings damaged due to the delivery, you must lodge a complain immediately to your postman! It is also possible to lodge a complain later at your post office, but then you have prove that it is was the fault of postal service and not yours!
9. RIGHT OF REVOCATION FOR CUNSUMER
We give an ordering party who has placed an order for private purposes (consumer) the statutory right of revocation in long-distance sales..

The Right of Revocation (Does not apply to wholesale orders (B2B)! For end-user only!)
You can revoke your contractual acceptance in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail) within two weeks without citing reasons or - if the item has been turned over to you before the expiration of the time limit - by returning the item. The time limit will start to run after the receipt of the product by the recipient. The refusal to accept the delivery does not figure a return. The sending of the revocation or the item within the relevant period of time will suffice for adherence to the revocation time limit. The revocation is to be sent to:

We do not accept revocation in following cases
> Video and audio carries if our Concrete Jungle seal or cellophane wrap is removed or broken up. Video and audio material are always sealed up or cellophaned
> Already worn and/or washed merchandise articles
> Concert tickets - revocation possible only if show is cancelled or postponed
> Newspapers and Maganzines
Consequences of a Revocation
In the case that there is an effective revocation, the products or payments that are received on either side are to be returned. If you cannot return the item that was received to us in whole or in part, or only in a degraded condition, you have to provide us with compensation, if applicable, for any deterioration in value as far as that is concerned. When items are turned over to a party, this will not apply if the deterioration of the item can exclusively be traced back to its inspection – as would be possible for you in a store, for instance. As for the rest, you can avoid the duty to provide compensation for a change in value for deterioration that arises via the intended use of the item by not using the item as if it were your property and refraining from doing anything that will impact its value. You have to pay the costs of a return shipment if the products that are delivered correspond to those that were ordered and if the price of the item to be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or, in the case of a higher price of the item, you have not yet paid the consideration or have not yet made a contractually agreed-upon partial payment at the point in time of the cancellation. Otherwise, the return shipment is free of charge for you (Never send packages carriage forward. We will re-credit your postage costs afterwards). Items that cannot be shipped in packages will be picked up from you.

Please notice that in accordance with paragraph 28 of the Federal Law for Data Protection (BDSG) we work with your personal information. All data will be saved in our system in accordance with paragraph 33 (BDSG). Of course we keep your personal information confidential. Our data security practice stands in conformity with the Federal Law for Data Protection (BDSG) and the Teledienstgesetz (TDDSG). Your data will not be used to others purposes!
12. FINAL CLAUSES
A. Place of fulfilment and competent court, to the extent permitted by law, is Nuremberg.
B. When individual provisions of the delivery agreement or of these general business terms and conditions are ineffective, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective.
C. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany will apply to legal transactions or other legal relationships.
